On January 21, 2009, Great Lakes Training and Development Corporation (a partner agency within the Sheboygan Job Center) will be offering FREE workshops on:
Basic Computer Skills (10:00 am- 11:30 am) (Room S120)
In this workshop you will learn the basics of using a computer. Topics to be discussed include:
Keyboard
Mouse
Monitor
Printer
Internet Basics
Other Computer Skills

Microsoft Word 2007 (11: 45am- 1:15 pm) (Room S105)
This workshop is designed for those with basic computer skills. We will teach you how to use Microsoft Word 2007 for the purposes of making a resume. This is not meant as a complete guide to ALL features of Microsoft Word 2007.

The online job search is one of the most important skills in today’s economy. Learn how to look for jobs online, create an e-mail, and apply for jobs online. A variety of other skills and resources will be provided in this workshop.
